"When I left my trafficker, I left everything behind. I literally had nothing except the clothes on my back. The Formation Project helped me with getting the basic things I needed to live, and the medcal treqtment that I desperately needed."

"TFP has truly changed my life. They helped me get back on my feet, gave me a way out of the-life, and helped me grow. I am so grateful for ya'll. You're really changing lives in Charleston. I've found a new family."

We provide crisis coordination to ensure that you receive the support and assistance you need in a timely manner. Our crisis coordinators work with, healthcare providers and other service providers to ensure a coordinated response to situations involving human trafficking. Whether you need immediate medical care, legal advocacy, or other services, we’re here to help you navigate the crisis and start on the path to recovery.

We understand how important it is to have a safe space to share your experiences and receive emotional support. That’s why we offer support groups for survivors of human trafficking. Our support groups provide you with a safe space to connect with others who have had similar experiences, share your story, and receive emotional support. We also provide you with resources to help you navigate the road ahead.

If you need a safe place to stay, our emergency shelter is here for you. Our shelter provides a secure environment where you can receive services such as medical care, counseling, and case management. We also provide you with food, clothing, and other basic necessities. Our goal is to provide you with a supportive and caring environment where you can begin to heal and rebuild your life.

Case management is a crucial service we provide to help you rebuild your life after experiencing human trafficking. Our case managers work with you to develop a personalized plan that addresses your individual needs, such as housing, employment, education, and mental health services. We also connect you with other services, such as emergency shelter and legal aid, to help you achieve your goals and move forward with your life.
